About the Role

We're looking for a TikTok-first Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes short-form video. You'll be responsible for creating, publishing, and optimizing engaging TikTok content that drives reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

* Create and post short-form video content for TikTok (primary) and Instagram Reels
* Follow and adapt TikTok trends, sounds, and formats quickly
* Write short, punchy captions and hooks
* Collaborate with video editors or edit directly using CapCut / mobile tools
* Monitor comments and actively engage with the audience
* Track performance (views, watch time, engagement rate)

Requirements

* Proven experience managing TikTok accounts (brand or personal)
* Strong understanding of TikTok trends and algorithm behavior
* Comfortable appearing on camera or directing creators
* Basic video editing skills
