Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Planner to coordinate and improve planning activities related to
transportation and distribution. The role focuses on ensuring efficient material flow, accurate
planning, and close cooperation with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

* Plan and schedule daily transport activities

* Coordinate logistics plans with warehouses and suppliers

* Monitor shipment performance and address deviations

* Maintain accurate logistics and planning records

* Analyze delivery data and propose improvements

* Collaborate with operations and procurement teams

Requirements

* Previous experience in logistics or supply chain planning

* Strong analytical and organizational skills

* Good communication skills in Romanian and English

* Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

* Working knowledge of Excel or similar tools

Nice to Have

* Experience with planning or ERP systems

* Understanding of transport flows and Incoterms

* Experience working with international suppliers
