About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to build a career in finance while supporting business decision-making through data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and analyze financial reports (monthly, quarterly)
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
* Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
* Support senior analysts with financial models and presentations
* Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
* Collaborate with accounting and operations teams

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
* 0-2 years of experience in a financial or analytical role
* Basic knowledge of financial statements
* Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have
