Qualifications

Master's degree (M.S./M.A.) or Ph.D. in chemical engineering, bioengineering or related fields.
Experience with analytical, physical, inorganic, or organic chemistry laboratory procedures, techniques, and equipment.
Understanding of the in-vitro and in-vivo experiments and biological assays used for screening candidate formulations is a plus.
Fabrication of sol-gel, quantum dot, metal/metal oxide, polymer, core-shell nanoparticles, and composites.
Knowledgeable in drug delivery services and market.
Excellent knowledge and technical understanding of drug delivery in relevant fields e.g., nanoparticles, and magnetic particles.
Ability to build relationships through professional sales and interpersonal skills with a disciplined and organized approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with people from a wide range of professional backgrounds, face to face, via phone calls, and in writing.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
The candidate should be motivated, independent, creative, and energetic, and willing to step out of his/her comfort zone to learn new techniques and knowledge in biology.
