Social Media Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across multiple social platforms. You'll be responsible for content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis, working closely with marketing and creative teams.

Responsibilities

* Create, schedule, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
* Develop social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
* Write engaging captions and adapt tone of voice per platform
* Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the community
* Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
* Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices
* Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketers

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
* Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
* Experience with content scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
* Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools - nice to have)
* Good copywriting skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

Nice to Have

* Experience with paid social campaigns
* Influencer collaboration experience
* Basic analytics or performance tracking knowledge
* Experience in SaaS / e-commerce / recruitment platforms
