Social Media Manager (Content & Growth)

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for content planning, execution, and performance optimization, with a strong focus on engagement and brand growth.

Responsibilities

* Plan, create, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
* Build and manage monthly content calendars
* Create short-form video content or brief video editors
* Write captions adapted to each platform's tone
* Monitor performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
* Engage with the community via comments and direct messages
* Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in social media management
* Strong understanding of organic social media growth
* Experience with short-form video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
* Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
* Good communication and time-management skills

Nice to Have

* Experience in B2B or recruitment-related content
* Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
* Paid social experience is a plus
